Thoughts on Ecological Construction of Qaidam Basin

摘要: 以对柴达木盆地退耕还林还草进展调研成果为基础,文中重点论述柴达木盆地生态现状及存在的问题,提出了柴达木盆地生态修复的若干对策:统筹规划,走可持续发展之路;严格保护,加强现有植被和野生动植物保护;因地制宜,加大生态修复力度;提质增效,推动生态环境高质量发展;以草定畜,发展盆地绿洲畜牧业;发展特色旅游,壮大绿色产业;开发与保护并重,走新型工业化和城镇化道路;宣传生态文化,做好生态监测预警。Abstract: Based on the investigation results of the progress of conversion of cropland to forest and grassland in Qaidam Basin, this paper mainly analyzes the status quo and existing problems of ecological environment of Qaidam Basin, and puts forward some countermeasures to restore ecological environment in Qaidam Basin:overall planning to promote sustainable development; strictly protecting to promote conservation of the existing vegetation and wildlife; coinciding with locals to reinforce the momentum of ecological rehabilitation; improving quality and efficiency to promote high-quality development of ecological environment; relying on grassland resources to stabilize livestock farming and to promote development of animal husbandry in the oases around the Qaidam Basin; developing characteristic tourism to upgrade the green industry; laying equal emphasis on development and protection to promote a new way of industrialization and urbanization; publicizing ecological culture and to be well prepare for advanced warning supervision in ecological monitoring.
